Refunds
Fees paid to the Registry are not refundable, in full or in part. This includes requests that are withdrawn or rejected, and accounts that are suspended or terminated.
NCCF does not refund fees charged under the CR-I Fee Schedule, in full or in part. The procedures repeat this at each step where a fee is paid.
Cases where no refund is made
- A published DPD is withdrawn before the request for registration.
- A request for registration is rejected or withdrawn.
- A request for permanent design changes is rejected or withdrawn.
- A request for issuance is rejected.
- A request for renewal of the crediting period is rejected or withdrawn.
- A methodology synopsis, methodology document or revision is rejected, or a revision request is withdrawn.
- A VVB empanelment application is rejected.
- An account is suspended or terminated.
Check eligibility and completeness carefully before you pay and submit. NCCF’s initial review and the VVB’s completeness checks are there to catch problems early.
