What happens to comments

NCCF forwards reasonable comments, with its own comments, to the VVB and copies the IPP. Before submitting a request, the VVB makes sure each comment is either shown to be unsuitable, irrelevant or immaterial, or addressed through changes.

Comments on methodologies go to cri.methodology@nccf.in with your name, organisation, designation, country and email. The methodology developer must respond to them.

When documents are published again

A project’s documents can be re-uploaded for consultation only if:

  • the IPP replaces its VVB contract
  • a design change is judged significant by both the VVB and NCCF
  • a new methodology causes a significant change in design or end-user service, as judged by both the VVB and NCCF
