Eligibility

Who can apply

Under the V&V Standard, a VVB must meet one of these criteria.

  • Accredited as a Designated Operational Entity (DOE) by the UNFCCC, under the CDM or Article 6.4, in the relevant scope
  • An active VVB under Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS)
  • Accredited to ISO 14065 or ISO 17029 by an accreditation body that is a member of the IAF or GAC MLA
