How to request it

  1. Submit the retirement or cancellation form on the Registry from an IPP or TO account.
  2. Specify the vintage and the number of MCUs, as a positive whole number.
  3. The account manager authenticates the request.
  4. NCCF reviews it, the Registry executes it and updates the status, and NCCF confirms by email.

After retirement or cancellation

  • The MCUs cannot be reissued, and requests to reverse them are not considered.
  • Neither the account holder nor any third party can claim those MCUs, or their SDG benefits, again.
  • NCCF takes no further action on them and grants no rights in them.
