Listing puts a proposed project into the CR-I pipeline. The IPP submits the listing form with the initial DPD and SCR and pays the listing fee; NCCF checks completeness and publishes the documents for consultation.

Before you list

Design the project, consult local stakeholders, and prepare the initial DPD and SCR on the current templates.

Steps

  1. Submit the Project Listing form on the Registry with the initial DPD and SCR attached.
  2. Pay the listing fee (INR 20,000).
  3. For an external project, also submit the Request for Approval for Initiation of Registration (RAIR) form, the required documents and the external project fee.
  4. NCCF confirms by email that the project is in the pipeline.
  5. NCCF checks the DPD and SCR for completeness and consistency, then publishes them for extended stakeholder consultation.
  6. Appoint an empanelled VVB through the Appointment of VVB form and send it the published DPD, SCR and supporting documents by email. Keep the email trail.

Every listed project receives a unique Project Reference Number (PRN).

Changing VVB

Before the request for registration, email cri.projects@nccf.in with the names of the previous and new VVB, and submit the Change of VVB form. NCCF confirms with both VVBs.

Withdrawing a listed project

Before the request for registration, you can withdraw the published DPD through the withdrawal form. NCCF processes it within 5 working days and marks the project as withdrawn. The fee is not refunded.
