Projects with several proponents

Projects are proposed and registered from the account of the Delegate Entity. For a project cluster, the Delegate Entity must hold an IPP account, and MCUs are issued into it.

The CR-I Buffer Pool account

NCCF manages a separate Buffer Pool account that holds MCUs contributed by land-based projects to cover reversal risk. MCUs in it cannot be transferred or traded. See Reversal risk and the buffer pool.
