NCCF shall not be liable to refund any fees charged as per the CR-I Fee Schedule, completely or partially.
Registration and Issuance Procedure
4.9 Withdrawal of Published DPD
4.9.4 NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee or part thereof in case of withdrawal of DPD.
4.11 Review of Request for Registration (RfR)
4.11.12 NCCF shall not be liable to refund the fee or part thereof in case of rejection of RfR.
4.12 Withdrawal of RfR
4.12.4 NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee or part thereof in case of withdrawal of RfR.
5.5 Review of Request for Permanent Design Changes
5.5.11 NCCF shall not be liable to refund the fee or part thereof in case of rejection of Request for PDC.
5.6 Withdrawal of Permanent Design Change (PDC)
5.6.3 NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee or part thereof in case of withdrawal of PDC by the IPP.
11.6 Review of Request for Renewal of Crediting Period (RCP)
11.6.12 NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee or part thereof in case of rejection of request for RCP.
11.7 Withdrawal of Request for RCP
11.7.3 NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee or part thereof in case of withdrawal of Request for RCP.
Methodology Approval Procedure
4.2 Review of Methodology/Tool Synopsis
4.2.5 In case of occurrence of possibility outlined in step 4.2.4(i), NCCF shall reject the Synopsis and officially inform the IMD via email and subsequently terminate the new Methodology/Tool development process. NCCF shall not refund fee or any part thereof paid by the IMD.
4.4 Initial Review of Methodology/Tool
4.4.5 In case of occurrence of possibility outlined in 4.4.4(i), NCCF shall reject the Methodology/Tool and officially inform IMD via email and subsequently terminate the Methodology/Tool development process. NCCF shall not refund the fee or part thereof to the IMD.
Methodology Revision Approval Procedure
6.2 Initial Review by NCCF
6.2.11 In case of rejection of Methodology/Tool during the initial review, NCCF shall not be liable to refund fee (complete or partial)
6.9 Withdrawal of Request for Methodology/Tool Revision
6.9.2 After successful review of the submitted form for withdrawal, NCCF shall designate the Methodology revision /Tool Revision request as withdrawn and reflect it as such on the online interface. NCCF shall not refund the fee or part thereof.
CR-I Terms and condition
9.0 Suspension, Termination and Closure of User Account
9.11. NCCF shall not be liable to refund any fees charged as per the CR-I Fee Schedule, completely or partially in case of suspension or termination of this agreement. NCCF shall not be obliged to pay compensation for any costs, expenses, loss or other damages which may have occurred during the period of suspension or due to termination of User Account.
