All proposed projects have been classified into three sub-categories based on the estimated net Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emissions reduction capacity:
- Micro-Scale: Projects with estimated net GHG emissions reduction less than or equal to 20,000 tCO2eq per year.
- Small-Scale: Projects with estimated net GHG emissions reduction greater than 20,000 tCO2eq per year but less than or equal to 100,000 tCO2eq per year.
- Large-Scale: Projects with estimated net GHG emissions reduction greater than 100,000 tCO2eq per year.
All the CPAs (project activity) of the proposed/registered PoA (program of activity) shall be of the same scale, i.e., all CPAs shall be either be micro-scale or small-scale or large-scale
